Verda Courtyard Clinic

Interiors

A small health clinic arranged around a planted lightwell, so every treatment room looks onto green.

A tall plant reaching up into an open lightwell between white concrete walls

The brief

Verda wanted a clinic that felt calmer than a waiting room, on a tight plot with no street view.

What we did

We cut a lightwell through the middle of the building and planted it. Six treatment rooms open onto it through deep window seats.

The result

We ran the build ourselves and handed over in 28 weeks.
