04 / How we work
From first sketch to the keys.
Four stages, the same people in every one. You always know who is drawing, who is building and what it costs.

Listen and measure
We visit, measure and ask a lot of questions. You get a one page brief and a fixed fee for the design stage within a week.
1 to 2 weeks

Draw and test
Sketches, models and samples on the table, not just on screen. We test ideas at full size before anyone orders anything.
3 to 6 weeks

Cost and plan
Our makers price the drawings line by line. You see every cost before you sign, and the programme is fixed with them.
2 weeks
04
Build and hand over
We run the site, the launch or the print run ourselves, then come back after six months to fix anything that needs it.
