Atelier Nine started in 2014 in a shared workshop on Rope Walk. We still work from the same yard, with a bigger table and the same rule: whoever draws it stays until it is built.
01Our story
Ines Moreau founded the studio after watching too many good drawings get lost between the architect, the brand agency and the builder. Each did their part well, and the client paid for the gaps.
So we hired makers and designers into one team. Today we design identities, interiors and websites, and we run the build, the print or the launch ourselves. One contract, one point of contact.
02What we believe
We plan every room around where the light falls, then fit the furniture to it.
Samples, mock-ups and prints on the table before anyone orders a thing.
You see the price of every line before you sign, and we keep to it.
Good materials, honest details and a visit six months after handover.
03The team
The leads of each discipline. Behind them are five more designers and makers in the studio and on site.
